FSB found a way for the distribution and retailing sectors of Vietnam businesses

On 4th November, grasping practical needs of business owners who were facing difficulties in implementing and developing the distribution systems with retail chain stores, FSB in collaboration with Thai Ha Books held a seminar in Hanoi with the topic: “The distribution and retailing model: Solutions for Vietnam businesses”.
The seminar was hosted by Dr. Đào Xuân Khương (President of KCP Vietnam) and Dr. Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng (Chairman of Thai Ha Books) who are two experts in distribution and retailing fields. The event attracted the participation of 96 entrepreneurs.

As a leading specialist in retailing who has many years of in-depth studying about retailing sector in Germany, U.S as well as directly managed large distribution and retailing systems in Vietnam, Dr. Đào Xuân Khương has accumulated a lot of experience in this field. He is also the author of the book titled “The distribution and retailing model: Solutions for Vietnam businesses”.
At the seminar, Dr. Đào Xuân Khương shared a lot of the essence of his knowledge and experience and offered practical, easy-to apply solutions to young enterprises which was developing in the retailing sector. He gave two examples of retailing and distribution models of “Pho 24” and “Vietnamese Bread” by MasterChef Minh Nhật as evidence and also forecasted the survivability of those brands in the future..

Accompanying with Dr. Đào Xuân Khương, Dr Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng, Chairman of Thai Ha Books, also shared a lot of useful information from his own experienced in distribution and retailing management.
Dr. Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng, a professional in reading culture, suggested there were four points that distribution and retailing managers should pay attention to, including: To find out target audience; To determine the suitable distributing channels to reach potential audience; Not only leaders but all staff must involve in the business; To take advantages of every opportunity.
